- Action Toy Line - Matchbox or Hot Wheels - Mid to Late 80's
- Can you help me find the name of the mid to late 80's toy line that had a large, hand-held, white helicopter that could hold cars one car in each "wing" plus hold a few others in it's cargo hold? It is prat of a line from that era that also had all white dies cast cars with grey armor and missles / guns. Regular scale Matchbox sized vehicles. The helicopter could be held with one hand and you could pull the trigger and the rotor would spin. thanks for you help! (That's not all a question, sorry)

- Bank - Big Bird/Sesame Street
- I had a bank in the late 70's/early 80's. It had Big Bird on top and you would put a coin in his hand and press his tail and he would flip the coin into his nest. It would then be sorted by denomination into a neat stack that you could see through the front of the bank. Any idea who made this or what it was called? THANKS! Shelly

- BATTERY OPERATED FISHER PRICE PLAYER
- I was trying to remember what toy this was so I can see where to buy a vintage one online but this was a light brown rectangular Fisher Price toy that had plastic sheets with images that slid over buttons built into the screen. Each sheet was for a different game and each came with a plastic playing disc about the size of a CD, usually the discs being opaque white or colors. The sheets each had an "answer" selection where there would be a button under the touch screen. I would guess I had this when I was 6 years old (in 1986). It took D batteries and you would eject each disc with a plastic lever in the right-hand side. The actual "touch screen" (though it wasn't like a touch screen we'd think of now, had an ugly brown and orange target-looking design when there were no game sheets slide on top. Do you know what this was? Was it even Fisher Price or Mattel? Thank you in advance for any information you might have. I loved this toy so much when I was a kid.

- black bear
- My mom bought a black bear in 1977 or 1978 she says from JC Penney. It had a brown face, hard black nose, no smile, no tail. I think the body was a bean type stuffing, the head was firm. I saw it in an ad for pet nets several years ago, and I was hoping to find one or see a picture???

- I'm looking for a book from the 1930-40s about safety. It featured a family named Happy. One of the children had a Toy Toodles doll which more often than not was the example of bad safety practices. I need the title to track down a copy.

- Craft toy
- Back in the early 80's my sister and I got this cool crafting toy. It had a crank that wound up a circular saw and belt sander. You used it to cut up popsicle sticks to make toy buildings. I remember it was made out of blue plastic and it also had a handle to push down on to cut chop the popsicle sticks as well. Do you remember what it was called?

- Between 2004-2007 (not sure what exact year) There was a toy that came out that, when you place it in warm water, the outer pouch dissolves to reveal a few mini Disney Princesses. They came in packs of 2 or 3, depending on the luck of the draw. They were called something with a z in the name,, possibly 2 z's. I cannot remember what they are called or how to purchase them.

- DOLL - 1960s
- I was given one of these doll in the mid 1960s and loved it. Somehow it got lost over the years and I would love to get hold of another one. I think it was about 5 or 6 inches in height and had a "magic" milk bottle which could be fed to it through a hole in its mouth. She had a soft plastic face, a ponytail and fringe.

- Dumb Truck on Tracks that put different "hoods" on and did different jobs
- When I was growing up there was a toy that I loved to play with. That toy was on a track and I beleive it ran on batteries. They toy was like a base and what it did was go from station to staion and put on different "hoods". One hood that it out on was a dumptruck and it hauled things. THen it was like an end loader, and then something else. It went around the track putting on hoods and taking them off. Anyone remember what that was called?

- In the mid to late 70's I bought my boys an electronic skeet/target game. It projected moving targets on the wall and the two shotguns were connected to the machine and shot beams of light at the targets, which then appeared to explode. Do you know what it was called and/or who made it. I'd like to try to find one. Thanks, JMN

- I had this game I believe in the 1980's. Description of game was looking like a white base that looks round as a head, and half was slanted with buttons to press. the buttons were like the numbers on a clock. And there was a clear blue helmet shield that came over the top to close. I thought asked questions, but i could be wrong. What is this toy and where can I find it?

- Flying Helicopter
- I got the coolest helicopter toy for Christmas somewhere around 1982-1985 I believe. It was red, yellow, and blue. It was made out of plastic and came with a launcher. You set the launcher on the ground, and then attached the helicopter to the top of it. On the side was a crank shaft/handle and you would wind it up, and as you wound it the rotor began spinning. When you got it going as fast as you could, you pull the trigger and the helicopter released from the launcher and would go flying really high. The launcher was probably around 9 or 10 inches tall and the helicopter was probably around 5 inches or so tall. I've looked on ebay and google and can't find out anything. I have two boys and would love to find one for them.

- KOALA, FURRY WIND UP (Waltzing Matilda) - Broken mechanism
- Hi ‘Dr Toy’, I have an old 1960s ‘KOALA’ from Australia. It is a soft toy, with fur like effect. The problem is that the wind up mechanism for inside is broken. (Probably over-wound at some point). It used to play a lovely ‘WALTZING MATILDA’ that I remember from my childhood. I would like to get it repaired. Do you know who would have made it (to contact them about repair). Or do you know of anyone (perhaps your own team) who would carry out a repair. I think it would mean: opening up the soft toy without damaging it, repairing the wind up mechanism and then returning it to its position in the soft toy? Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks in advance, Iain Johnston, Scotland, UK

- WHAT IS NAME OF TOYS CARS AND TRACK SET THAT WAS A BETTER QUALITY FROM MATCHBOX AND HOT WHEELS? THEY WERE A MORE EXSPENSIVE SELF-PROPELLED, WINDING REAR WHEELS, THEY WERE ALSO THE FIRST COMPANY TO MAKE A LOOP WITH A "BREAK" IN THE TOP. THE TRACKS WERE PRE-FORMED AND FIXED TO CERTAIN POSITIONS, BUT INTERCHANGEABLE TO CREATE OTHER STYLES. BASICALLY YOU WOULD BUILD YOUR TRACK, WIND UP YOUR CAR AND SEND FROM START LIKE A BOBSLED COURSE, WITH LOOPS, BANKS, AND JUMPS.

It was a nmodern toy, not an antique...I beleive there were electronics involved. Where could I find this? Thank you!

- Number Game - Dice in Flower shape
- I recieved a bag of hand-me-down toys. This one cames with no instructions nor any manufacturer name. I suspect it was purchased sometime between 1995 and 2005. It consists of a purple flower-like shape with 6 dice in the "petals" and one die in the center. The dice are no removable and are each a different color. The dice on the outside are numbered (not dots, but numbers) 1-6 and the die in the center is numbered 10-60 by tens. I'm not sure who makes this, what it's called or how to play. Help? Thank you!

- PLUSH TOY - 1970s
- There was a fad in the late 70's where they sold these fuzzy stuffed animals (no legs, nor arms, and not a specific animal) somewhat large (12 inches) and they were attached to a spring and hung from the ceiling. When you pulled down on them they sprung up and down and up and down. As he went up and down his hair (fur) of course flew in all directions. The ones I remember having were in fluorescent colors. They were also in different shapes but mostly resembled those hairy pencil toppers that you would smooth out the characters' hair and then roll the pencil in your hand real fast and the hair would come out all freaky...... I know, bad description. Anyone?

- PLUSH TOY - SNOOPY
- During my childhood (1970's) I had a musical plush dog that looked like snoopy. Underneath his floppy ears it was lined with a red satin material and you wound him up in the back. The tune was Frere Jacque. I think I remember the manufacturers tag and it had I think 3 or 2 red flags. i vaguely remember. I don't think it was Snoopy from The Peanuts but as I sit here looking at a picture of him it looks like it. I have been looking for this item for almost 5 years now. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you:)

- RADIO TOY MICROPHONE - YELLOW WITH BUTTONS
- I had a toy in the mid-80's that was a yellow microphone that you could turn to a specific radio station and hear yourself through the radio. I cannot remember who made this or what it was called. I only remember that it was yellow, had buttons on it and ran on a 9-volt battery. I think it did other stuff than just let you hear yourself on the radio but I can't remember if it did and if it did what those things were. Any chance you know what I am talking about?

- Silver bodied doll with blue hair - manueverable body with joints
- During the late 1980's to mid 1990's I received two dolls that I have been unable to find since. They both have silver bodies, movable joints, i'm not sure if their face was silver or skin tone beige. One had blue hair, and i believe the other had pink hair. Kind of reminds me of space dolls. I am almost fully sure that they are not barbie dolls. Also very sure that they were purchased from Toys R Us. I hope you can help me to find their names and/or where I can buy them again. Thank you.

- Small rubber or plastic robot toys.
- I'm looking for these small either plastic or rubber toy robots that came with candy (similiar to smarties I believe). I used to buy them when I was around 8 years old (I'm 33 now) for around 10 cents each. They could come apart, there was something like 4-6 different models. One had four legs it walked on and had like a dome head, another sported a jet pack and a gun. They came in different colors. The one with the back pack, the legs had pegs in them to insert into the torso, the gun had a peg to insert onto the arm, the arms had holes in them to insert onto the pegs of the body. I believe the head was attached to the body. The legs for the walker robot had holes that you would insert the pegs of the body into.

- Wagon
- I am trying to identify the name and manufacturer of a toy wagon I had pictured in 1959 or 1960. The wagon appears to be small (about 24-30" long, made of metal with dark metal wheels. The front of the wagon is curved while the back is square. The inside and wheels are dark while the sides are a lighter color (maybe red). There appears to be images of the West or horses on the sides. Thanks
